Função Injetora – Definição

Uma função f é chamada função injetora se ela nunca assume o mesmo valor duas vezes, isto é, f(x_{1})\neq f(x_{2}), sempre que x_{1}\neq x_{2}.

Melhor dizendo, f é injetora se cada saída corresponde a uma única entrada.
